This family-friendly luxury camping property is located in Cévennes National Park in Mialet, Dordogne, France, and is made up of four different bell tents. Three of the five-meter bell tents are for sleeping, while the fourth, six-meter bell tent is used as a living room. Two of the five-meter bell tents each come with twin beds, while the third five-meter bell tent has a double bed. All three of the sleeping tents come with shelving for storage, electricity, bedside tables, lamps, and handmade coconut mats. Extra cots are available, if necessary.

In the six-meter living room bell tent, guests will find futons, a coffee table, a wood-burning stove, shelving for storage, electricity, coconut mats, a lamp, board games, puzzles, books, and more. Guests can cook in the kitchen cabin, which features a refrigerator, a freezer, a gas hob, an electric oven, a sink with hot and cold water, and all necessary cookware and tableware. The bathroom cabin comes with a toilet, a sink, and a large shower.

Outside, guests can also cook in the open cooking fire, which comes with a large, double tripod, grills, a cast iron dutch oven, pans, and a kettle. Other amenities include XL exterior bean bags; an outdoor table and chairs that can seat six; more outdoor seating and furniture; a cedar, wood-fired hot tub (new in 2018); a double swinging bed; multiple hammocks; and colorful outdoor lighting.

On-site, guests will enjoy playing table tennis and badminton, in addition to swimming in the shared, salt-water swimming pool, which is 12 meters by 6 meters in size with a three-meter wading pool for children. The pool has a large deck and a grassy area, all of which is fenced in and is accessed with a number code system. The pool is open annually from June through September.

Guests will also have access to badminton, table tennis, petanque, a playground with swings and a wooden tower for children, and a small fishing lake.

This glamping property finds itself in the commune of Mialet, which is located in the Gard department in southern France—known for the River Gardon, Cévennes National Park, and a couple of famous Roman structures, including architectural Nîmes, as well as the Pont du Gard aqueduct. From Mialet, guests will be under an hour, or 45 kilometers, away from Nîmes, which is the department's capital and home to the aforementioned aqueduct, the Arena of Nîmes, the Maison Carree, the Jardins de la Fontaine, and so much more. Meanwhile, at just six kilometers from Mialet, glampers will be able to visit the lovely commune of Anduze, as well as The Bamboo Cevennes, which is a picturesque bamboo and botanical garden.

Given the glamping site's location inside of Cévennes National Park, guests will find plenty of mountain biking trails nearby that pass beautiful countryside chateaus, rivers, lakes, and more. In addition, there are countless roads that go through the area's pine forest and traditional French villages, for those who prefer cycling on the road. There are even well-maintained cross-country and downhill trails right on-site for guests to try their hand at, which include berms, jumps, drop-offs, and technical sections, so they can test their ability. Glampers can bring their own bikes, or they can rent bikes locally—a wonderful activity for the whole family.

Moreover, while staying here, guests can easily visit Dordogne; play in and around the seven local swimming lakes; get their blood pumping at the seven-course Tree Park Adventure; or explore Feuillardiers on the velorail of Bussière-Galant. Other easily visited cities and towns include Limoges and Brantome. Close to the property glampers will also find good restaurants, supermarkets and wine caves, traditional French markets, country walks, horseback riding, tennis, and a zoo.
