This eco-dome rental is the first of its design in France and it aims to be the first temporary ecotourism device that will achieve energy self-sufficiency and bio-conditioning. With a unique pop art design, this accommodation ensures glampers an unforgettable getaway near the Gorges du Verdon. Despite its transparency, glampers will still retain the utmost privacy and its colourful and modern interior is sure to put a smile on guests face. Glampers are sure to be kept comfortable with a cozy bed heating during the colder months.
Taking advantage of the crystal clear skies and the shooting starts at night, the dome has also been fitted with a skylight above the bed. Outside, there is a small outdoor area with a table and chairs and toilets and a wash basin can be found in a neighbouring cottage.
Guests will find their rental fully equipped with linens to keep them cozy. There is also parking available at the property.

Surrounded by picturesque and idyllic nature, the area offers great hiking trails and hiking around the gorges of Trevans is particularly popular. Climbing enthusiasts will also be close to a number of climbing sites such as the cliff of Meichira and the climbing site at Valbonnette. Gorges du Verdon is renowned for being one of the most stunning river canyons in the country and is the perfect backdrop for a picnic or stroll. Those looking to do some water sports should head to the Sainte-Croix Lake. Here, glampers can canoe, sail, swim, and pedal boat.
Digne les Bains is home to many cultural and historical attractions. The geological reserve has its own butterfly garden and the Ammonite Slab is a major site in the Unesco Haute Provence Geopark. Guests should also visit the beautiful cathedral and its crypt, as well as the home of Alexandra David Neel—a famous female explorer and writer.
