What You'll Do
Check-in begins at 12:00 PM at the property in Gambassi Terme (Florence Province). Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by the hosts, who will introduce you to their 60-hectare farm in the Valdelsa countryside, where saffron, spelt, olives, and vegetables are cultivated, and olive oil, cheeses, jams, and honey are produced.

Your SkyRoom is located beneath the main farmhouse, offering panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Its transparent, retractable roof lets you fall asleep beneath the stars while surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the countryside, all from the comfort of a cozy double bed.

Subject to availability and advance booking, you can enhance your stay with optional experiences such as:

If you prefer to explore on your own, you'll be within easy reach of the charming medieval towns of Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, and Volterra, some of Tuscany's most beautiful destinations.

A private bathroom is located approximately 100 meters (328 ft) from the SkyRoom, behind the main farmhouse, and includes a toilet, sink, and shower.
Bath towels are not provided.
There are no electrical outlets inside the SkyRoom, but the hosts will show you the nearest outlet where you can charge your devices.
A tourist tax of €1 per person, per day (not included) must be paid in cash on-site.
