The area is famed for its natural arches, such as the Burdah Rock Bridge, along with its abundance of prehistoric rock carvings, caverns, and chasms. Reaching the breathtaking Burdah Rock Bridge takes a long, arduous hike through the area's incredible terrain. The well-known Khazali Canyon is the ideal spot to explore. Less than 100-meters long, the canyon boasts Nabatean, Islamic, and Thamudic inscriptions, as well as petroglyph rock drawings. There are also handmade pools that fill with water when it rains.
