Luxury Tree House Getaway on Sainte Marie Island, Madagascar
Guests can take to the skies in this unique tree house accommodation on the island of Sainte Marie, Madagascar. This luxury getaway accommodates two people with a queen-size bed constructed from a very large tree trunk. The interior also boasts multiple shelves for storage, a wardrobe, and electricity. Just below the hut, glampers will find a private bathroom at the foot of the tree trunk. This bathroom includes a toilet, a hot water shower, and an original wooden sink. Guests can access this bathroom via a tree canopy-covered staircase that descends from the tree house.
Outside glampers will certainly enjoy the private terrace with two sun beds, secluded from the rest of the world thanks to the dense tree canopy. Chirping birds and wind whistling through the leaves are the only sounds heard up in this private world.
A pirate tavern with a unique wooden construction offers a bar and lounge for glampers. There is also a beautiful restaurant that serves local and organic cuisine. A luxurious spa is on this glamping site, too, offering a variety of relaxing massages. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant.
The highlight for most guests, of course, is the beautiful beach lined with coconut trees. It sees relatively few people and extends for a few miles, providing ample space to relax, wander, and explore.
