The hut is over 45 years old and was the original rental on the property. There is space to sleep a total of six guests inside as the upstairs loft is home to two queen-size beds that are separated with a curtain, and there is also a large couch on the lower level to sleep two more. For bathroom facilities, guests will find a traditional bathhouse that is accessible via the living area and offers a tiled tub and a shower.

The main living space in the rental is spacious and comfortable. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the comfy furniture with a book if they need some shelter from the sun, and there is Wi-Fi so that glampers can stay connected. Alternatively, they can head outside and spend time soaking in the beautiful views on offer from the deck. Guests can also enjoy vistas of the stunning Bay of Banderas from the property, where they can catch the ferry to the city of Puerto Vallarta.
