Oaxaca

Oaxaca is one of the 31 states of Mexico, lying in the southernmost curve of the country along the shores of the Pacific Ocean. Its vibrant culture is one of the states best known qualities, but it is also one of the most bio-diverse areas of Mexico, making it a popular destination for nature enthusiasts. The cities and towns are filled with colorful markets bursting with peculiar foods and wares of every color of the rainbow. Historical sites such as the ruins of the city of Mont_ Alban are wondrous attractions. And of course the long Pacific shoreline is a sunny hotspot for beachgoers.
