This village is located in Cuetzalan, Puebla, Mexico, and is surrounded by lush tropical jungle and the rugged Sierra Norte mountains. The village is close to many caverns and waterfalls like the Cascada Las Brisas and Cascada El Salto. It is half an hour away from Yohualichan, an ancient Pre-Colombian archeological site, and an hour away from Rio Tecolutla. Tucked away in the Sierra Norte highlands, Cuetzalan is known for its coffee plantations, markets, and historic churches. The closest major airport is Hermanos Serdán International Airport, which is three hours away from Cuetzalan.

Guests can venture outside the village and deeper into the jungle for hiking, horseback riding, zip-lining, and wildlife viewing. They can also go hiking along the rocks and waterfalls at Cascada Las Brisas or Cascada El Salto, as well as kayaking and whitewater rafting along the Rio Tecolutla.

The Sierra Norte mountains around Cuetzalan are known for their caverns hidden deep within the jungle. Guests can go on guided caving, spelunking, or rappelling expeditions at some of these caverns.
