The agroecological jackfruit farm is located in Solferino, one town before Holbox (15 km south from Chiquilá).
Our Dome evokes the circular shape with a minimalist, natural and holistic style. The dome-shaped structure has unmatched structural advantages, a better distribution of heat and light in space, viewed 360 degrees to the outside, and an aesthetic and harmonious shape.
The dome was designed with natural cooling techniques, such as the shape and thickness of the wall, so there is no air conditioning but there are three fans that will make your stay comfortable.

The ground floor has a sofa in the room that becomes a bed, ideal for 2 more people (if needed) and a breakfast area. Kitchen with utensils; glasses, cups and dishes, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. Private bathroom with shower. Linens and towels.

The first level has a cozy garret with a double bed and two windows with a beautiful view of the orchard. Just above the bed there is a dome with a glass roof to observe the stars and the moonlight illuminating the bed. From the room you can go out to the terrace where you can also enjoy a bath in the tub with the view of beautiful sunrises and sunsets framed by jackfruit trees and countless trees native to the Mayan jungle.

The outdoor terrace is perfect for a yoga session or to have your morning coffee enjoying a peaceful view of the jackfruit orchard.
How about enjoying a glass of wine with the candlelight? Or just being outside reading a book, spotting some wildlife like colorful birds or toucans.

Walk through the paths of the farm to admire and observe nature and the jackfruit up close (guided tour available).
There are other activities that can be carried out in the vicinity, hiking, biking to some lagoons in the area or visiting the thousand-year-old tree in town.

By opting for a green stay, you are reducing your carbon footprint.
We use renewable energy systems, we have solar and wind energy in the dome.
IMPORTANT: The space is located inside the jungle, so it is very common to see spiders, scorpions and ants since we are in their natural environment.
Guest access
It is important to contact us before arriving, communication is difficult once you pass Kantunilkin, although we have Wi-Fi, in Solferino the cell phone signal does not enter.

The arrival is on the Kantunilkin-Chiquilá highway and you turn onto Calle de la Yaca, it is a dirt road, so we recommend that if you do not have a vehicle you notify us and we can help you.

* Feasibility of making bonfires.

* Ecological tub on the terrace.

** Important: We are an ECO-DOME.
We have a gray water filtration system with aquatic plants and a unique "TEVAP" system with Brazilian eco-technology for the treatment of black water, so we ask you not to throw toilet paper in the WC.

* We use solar energy systems and natural waste management systems.
We kindly ask you not to use chemical shampoos and soaps, this damages our ecosystems. We will provide you with biodegradable soap and shampoo. You can of course use your own organic products.

* We are located on a dirt road (there are many unpaved roads in Solferino)
* There is NO taxi service near the dome, and Uber does not exist in Solferino.
* There is transportation to Cancun, Airport and Playa del Carmen (special schedules) ask and we can gladly help you schedule your trip.

* We have very good WIFI internet (satellite Starlink), but no telephone signal.

* There is transportation to Cancun, Airport, Playa del Carmen, Valladolid and Mérida from Solferino (special schedules). You can ask us and we will gladly help you schedule your trip.

* We are located in a quiet area within nature but it is reached by a dirt road and although it is not that far from the road (you can walk there) you should consider that there is NO taxi service near the dome, and Uber does not exist in Solferino.
