There are six different thatched roof chalets on site. There is a private suite, named the Crown Suite, that sleeps up to fours guests. The master bedroom has air-conditioning, a television with DVD and CD systems, a minibar, and a telephone. It has an en-suite bathroom with a skylight shower and bath, and an outdoor shower. A deck leads to the living and dining area of the suite, with a couch-bed and another en-suite bathroom.

The other fifteen suites have private timber decks, and are equipped with air-conditioning, televisions with DVD and CD systems, minibars and a telephones. They all have en-suite bathrooms with separate toilets. Ten of these chalets have twin beds and an outdoor shower, and the other five have king-size beds.

Included in the rates you will have access to the following facilities and services: the accommodation, full board and fresh fruits, access to all the spa and fitness facilities, the tours and walks, and to off site locations such as shopping malls, golf, or city tours.

The wellness village has many different available treatments. There are eleven special wellness treatment rooms. There is a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool on the Oasis Peninsula, a cave sauna and Kneipp showers. The sauna is made from granite found on site – the stones are heated by a real fire and then placed in fountain water, allowing for an all-natural reaction leading to the release of natural energy. The Kneipp showers release natural spring water in a certain manner that stimulates nerve endings and increases blood circulation. There are fitness facilities, as well as gym and yoga rooms. This wellness village also features a fruit and juice bar.

There are different restaurant locations on site. The Hilltop Restaurant offers amazing views of the plains and its inhabitants. Namibian, wellness, and vegetarian cuisines are all available. This location has a fireplace and air conditioning, and is open for lunch and dinner. The Outdoor Restaurant offers open-air dinners, and its Open Air Bar offers 360° views of the reserve. Late afternoons can be spent around the Fire Circle, and evening drinks can be enjoyed before dinner. Game Drives: Being in area with such a rich and diverse wildlife, there are two drives per day – early morning and late afternoon. Halfway through the drive you will have time to stop and have some snacks and drinks. These drives are guided by the site’s qualified staff that will inform you on the fauna and flora of the area, as well as the interesting bird species.

Nature Walks: These are guided tours in the surroundings of the site. Since there are numerous water holes you are assured interesting sights. The guide will be able to inform you on the geology of the sights and can answer your questions. You can also walk around the site on your own.

Stone Age Caverns: These ancient caverns were recently discovered not far from the property. Tools and pottery bits were found, and have been confirmed to be 2,000 to 9,000 years old. There are several of these caverns in the surrounding area, and it is possible that the natural hot water springs could be the explanation. Guided tours of these caverns are offered, lasting about two and a half hours, with possible stops for sundowner drinks and snacks. Important care is necessary with engravings or paintings.

Mountain Biking: You can use the bikes on site to venture around the property.

Star Gazing: The most modern equipment and technology is available on site for this activity. The African night sky has zero light pollution allowing for the best visibility. You will be able to see things you have never seen nor experienced before in your life. Prior booking is necessary for this.
