The ideal farm stay on a small "Highland Cattle Farm" hidden near the native forestry of the Waikato Region—where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while listening to nature's sounds, lazy afternoon naps, and sleep under the starry night skies.
Auckland and Hamilton are two nearby towns that are about a one-hour drive away from the property and other nearby attractions.
The Space:
Located in Waikato Region, where you can rest and enjoy comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save the environment.
If you plan to spend your farm stay getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the farm.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

- No WiFi
- Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am
- Good mobile reception with Spark
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking inside, except in designated areas
- Please do not enter the farm shed or yards without the land host's permission
- Please be advised that there will be farm machinery and cattle noise on our property
- Don't forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)

Pets Policy
- Only fully house-trained pets are allowed
- Pets are allowed and are limited to only one dog or cat
- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guest
- Pets are not allowed on bed and sofas, and kept on leash at all times as livestock is present
- Please inform your host if you plan to bring your pets to our property at least 24 hours prior arrival
Important note:
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
