This luxury camping yurt with a hot tub and which sleeps four is situated on an avocado orchard near Whakatane in the Bay of Plenty area of the North Island. The elegantly-furnished yurt has a king-size bed in the main living area, and bunk beds are found behind a dividing screen for added privacy. An enclosed walkway leads to the kitchen and shower area. All modern amenities are provided, and Wi-Fi, SkyTV, and a record player are also available to guests. Glampers can enjoy the privilege of cooking in a traditional pizza oven, or they may prefer to barbecue out on the grill or brazier. Heat and air conditioning are provided in this well-protected yurt.
Private beach access is just a stone's throw away, and guests can choose to relax on the porch which features a table and chairs.
The property features private beach access, leading guests to a white sand beach that is unfrequented on most days. Glampers can trace constellations while drinking wine under the night sky from the private spa pool. Guests may also choose to pick some herbs from the herb garden for a homemade pizza in the traditional pizza oven. There is free Wi-Fi on this property.

This area is ideal for glampers looking to take part in unique water activities such as swimming with dolphins, surf tours, or whale watching. Glampers can go moonlight kayaking or try kayaking to uninhabited islands during the day instead. Nature lovers can enjoy a variety of activities from hiking in the nearby national forests to bushwalking.
Moutohora Island or Whale Island can be reached by catamaran and further explored from a kayak. Guided tours of the island with its active volcano are also available. Both saltwater and freshwater fishing are easy options here. Not far up the road are pick-your-own berry farms with their own cafes, as well as The Red Barn for coffee lovers.
