Steps outside of their tiny house, guests will have their own oasis of private land adorned with coconut trees, where water buffalo and wild chicken often appear roaming the open land. Guests will have access to a barbecue and seating benches for glamping-style grilled meals in the fresh air. This property is ideally located just five minutes from the San Vicente airport and five minutes from Long Beach, the Philippines’ longest white sand beach, stretching 14.7 kilometers. Nearby, guests can easily access an abundance of world-class water activities like diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and surfing, and marvel at the diversity of the island with its picture-perfect beaches, jungles, mountains, caves, waterfalls, and mangroves.
A few minutes South of the property lies the town of San Vicente, full of tasty restaurants, a supermarket, motorbike rentals, and various transport services offering visits to other areas of the island.

This rustic accommodation is situated just five minutes away from Long Beach, home to over 14 kilometers of astonishingly beautiful white sand and crystal clear blue water. As this tiny house is situated on the owner’s property and shares the outside land, the designated quiet time is 10 pm in common areas. Guests should also be aware of the potential for noise from the venues surrounding the property.
Guests should be aware that there may be wild chickens and water buffalo (locally known as "carabao") grazing on the property. Please do not feed or get too close to the water buffalo.
Guests can find shuttle vans or bus services in the town of San Vicente, departing near the market (next to the pier) to travel to other parts of the island. As these are separate services, please arrange all travel with these vendors directly.
Because this eco-friendly space is low impact, there is no electric hot water heater or hot water at this time. In a few months, a low impact solution will be available to provide hot water.
Guests are recommended to bring beach towels, sunscreen, a bathing suit, and insect repellant
