Cozy Yurt Rental with Private Garden for Glamping near Coimbra, Portugal

Description

Located just outside the beautiful town of Pedrógão Grande, and near the city of Coimbra in Portugal, this cozy yurt rental sleeps up to five guests, making it a great option for a glamping adventure with the family. Inside, guests will find a large double bed, and a sofa bed, plus extra beds can be provided on request. Private bathroom facilities are located outside, with a wooden hut containing a composting toilet, and a solar / gas powered shower. Linens are kindly provided.

While guests relax in bed they can gaze at the stars from underneath of the open air roof. The yurt is also equipped with an indoor kitchen area for cooking, dining table & chairs inside and out, a dish washing sink, a vanity with a mirror, and a closet for storing luggage and other belongings. There is also a cast wood iron stove for heating, and outside there is an additional kitchen area for more room during the warmer months.

Outside the yurt, there is an ample sized deck with chairs and a table overlooking a private garden area and the river below, which makes for a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the sunshine. The outside area is private for guests to the yurt, but they should be aware that to access it, they will have to enter through outdoor space shared with other guests.

The property is equipped with eco-friendly appliances and facilities, such as composting toilets and solar powered hot water from our well. Linens are provided (but not towels), and wood for heating is available during winter months. Parking is available on the property.
