These yurts are placed in the northern region of Portugal. The campsite is in the midst of Portugal’s only national park, Peneda-Gerêz. The mountain range of Larouco is very close to the campsite and is the second highest peak in Portugal! Set up camp in the middle of beautiful mountainous lands with rivers and amazing waterfalls just a short walk away!

There are endless amazing things to see at this site, and there are plenty of trails to take to beautiful waterfalls and some of the most stunning areas that Portugal has to offer. You can also canoe down the rivers and streams and witness the waterfalls by water! This site is a perfect place for cycling lovers. The terrain offers adventure and the land itself has so many beautiful animals and elements to it. Being very close to the second highest peak in Portugal, snow can be found on some parts of the mountain, so you can trudge through the beautiful snow-covered land in some snowshoes.
