NJ state parks camping

All across the state of New Jersey, you can find a selection of state parks with cabins and state parks camping. For example, Island Beach State Park is one of the few undeveloped barrier beaches in New Jersey, with more than 2,000 acres of trails to hike, beaches for swimming and surfing, and vantage points for birdwatching. There are several New Jersey state parks & cabins across New Jersey with popular hiking trails, apart from Island Beach State Park. Some popular parks include Allaire State Park, Cape May Point State Park, the Palisades Interstate Park, and the Delaware & Raritan Canal State Park. Hacklebarny State Park is one of our favorite places to hike in NJ; here the main features include a small waterfall and riverside trail along the Black River. Hacklebarney State Park has a variety of trails with different degrees of difficulty, making it a great family destination. Another recommendation for those who love hiking would be High Point State Park. Here you can find a nine-mile stretch of the Appalachian Trail, plus some views that are hard to beat. From the top of the hill you can see New Jersey, New York, the Delaware River, and Pennsylvania! Lake Marcia has a beach and swimming area with lifeguards on duty, while Steenykill Lake is a quiet fishing spot. Camping in NJ deserves to be enjoyed, so don't miss out.
