Kyle Williamson: "Tammy was a great host who provided a great experience overall. Pretty quiet and serene with our extremely secluded tent it was a great time. The site features a tent a bed, an air mattress, a small porch with lounge chairs and a small table. Unfortunately BC is on fire so there were no fires allowed but that is in no way the hosts fault. It really is a beautiful place to visit I would happy to come back."
Susan Chaney: "We stayed at this property for 2 nights, to break the journey between Vancouver and Kamploops and then Jasper. Great place to stop. Beautiful valley; great tents which have comfortable beds and quaint old furnishings. Well-equipped and more spacious than I expected. Short walk to the washroom facilities. We had a view over the valley. Good swimming pool and hot tub and also a restaurant, where we ate one night. Overall - a great experience - and of course we went whitewater rafting. Very easy just to book it at the moment that you arrive - we did the half-day and thoroughly enjoyed it. The guide was great - funny and informative. The rapids were really more exciting too than we expected. Only suggestion is to have a breakfast buffet or something. The only option is to pay for a full breakfast - would be better to have a few more choices so you can simply have a cup of tea and a croissant. Same in the evening - there is just one choice - a three-course meal. This is quite an expensive option to do this every night (there were 5 of us) - should have the option to just order one course only. Finally - the trains were fascinating. Trains run through the valley, which does make it noisy sometimes, but they are actually a feature. Some were 3km long! Enjoyed the stay."
Kylie Redden: "The rafting was great but if you aren't going rafting and want to get any sleep at night don't stay here. There is a train line about 50m from the tents and it is incredibly noisy. The trains go every couple of hours, all night! Have to admit we were a bit disappointed and very tired after our stay. "
