This romantic yurt accommodation is located in the Diepklowe Nature Conservancy near Hermanus in the Western Cape and can accommodate up to two guests, ideal for a unique getaway. This yurt features a comfortable queen-size bed and a cozy sitting area for two. There are two additional mattresses for sleeping, as well as a comfortable hammock. Guests will enjoy a full bathroom with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens are provided.
Outside, guests will find a fantastic private deck that has been created out of a stone wall and has gorgeous views and an outdoor fireplace. This deck leads to a private kitchen that is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a microwave, utensils, and dishes.

Guests are just a short drive from Theewaterskloof Dam and Theewater Sports Club. Less than 10 miles away is the charming town of Botrivier along the Van de Stel Pass, while the exciting city of Cape Town is an hour and a half from the property by car. The wonderful town of Stellenbosch is just over an hour's drive away and is home to Stellenbosch University and a vibrant nightlife. The scenic seaside town of Hermanus is approximately a 50-minute drive south of the property and is home to the Fernkloof Nature Reserve and other popular tourist destinations. Read More

Guests will enjoy a range of activities while staying in the area, starting with exploring the amazing Diepklowe Nature Conservancy that the accommodation is situated on. Guests can enjoy sunset views from the private deck that has been built out of a 90-year old stone wall. Hiking and walking trails can be found all throughout the area, including a beautiful Secret Forest, a gentle riverine area scattered with fruit trees over a hundred years old. A five-minute walk will lead guests to a dam, where it is safe to swim or even canoe, kayak, or paddleboard. Mountain bikers can cycle previous Cape Epic tracks with pre-organised consent from adjacent farm owners. The nearby highly acclaimed Cape Canopy Tours offer an exhilarating soar by zip line over the Overberg mountains. Guests could also enjoy a day of wine-tasting on one of the many world-renowned Cape wine farms, many of which are within a 30-mile radius.
