The main attraction near this glamping site is Yala National Park, home to the largest number of leopards in the world. Guests can go on a safari excursion to admire the water buffalo, leopards, elephants, and numerous birds and other wildlife. Glampers' jaws will drop in awe of the closeness of these majestic animals in their natural habitat. If wanting to venture out a bit more, guests can take day trips to the other beautiful national parks and wilderness sanctuaries in the area, such as Udawalawe National Park.
The number of outdoor activities and places to explore is endless here in beautiful southern Sri Lanka. Glampers can fill their days with adventures such as going on a whale-watching cruise, visiting the local town of Kataragama and its temple, fishing or taking a guided boat ride on Tissa Lake or spending the day at Kalametiya Bird Sanctuary for some incredible bird watching.
