There are six comfortable mud huts for rent overlooking the scenic Rufiji River. They are made from local materials using traditional techniques, and their thatched roofs and mud walls keep them cool and comfortable. They each have a private, en-suite bathroom with a hot-water shower, a flush toilet, and a sink, and they are furnished with rustic, hand-made furniture crafted mostly from natural materials.
Each hut rental has a four-poster, double-size bed, and two additional single-size beds are available upon request. The bedspreads and curtains are made from Tanzanian cloth, and the rooms are lit with paraffin lamps. Fresh towels and mosquito nets are provided.
Rates include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This luxury camping site in Tanzania offers several different safari adventures for guests to take part in during their vacation in Africa. They can go on game drives in open-sided safari cruisers to see the diverse type of wildlife on the reserve, and there are also guided bush walks to learn about the unspoiled natural bush. Boat trips on Rufiji River show off the beautiful scenery of the area and give guests the opportunity to see crocodiles, hippos, and an array of bird species. For those interested in the local culture, there are cultural tours to Mloka Village, which has a fantastic market and shops.
