Whatever your plan, let the Thai family that welcomes you know, and they can help make your stay exactly as you envision. Below you’ll find some of the activities offered in greater detail.

Learn to cook Thai food: your hosts from a village close by will be more than happy to show you how to cook some traditional Thai dishes. Cooking demonstrations are offered at no extra charge.

Explore the surroundings: Go for a walk (or take the site’s bicycles) and explore the bucolic surroundings. You’ll find forest temples, villages, lakes, farms, wetlands, and so much more.

Go for a ride: Learn to drive the villa's "Samlor" - a motorized rickshaw that represents rural life in northeast Thailand. They are used to carrying different types of goods, and it’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. If you’re not quite ready to drive one yourself, you can simply ride as a passenger.

Join the rice planting or harvesting: You can help the site by planting or harvesting in the rice fields.

Local festivals: Numerous festivals are held near the property, and depending upon the dates of your visit you will be invited to attend activities such as a rocket festival or Morlaam dancing.

Traditional Thai massage: Why not give into an hour or two of total relaxation with a traditional Thai massage? Local village practitioners will come by the glamping site and help smooth away your aches, pains and worries. The price is about THB300 an hour.

Muay Thai or Thai boxing: If you’re hoping to get some Thai boxing training in, the site can arrange to bring in a retired championship boxer to show you a few moves. The trainer charges a reasonable price, which you’ll pay directly to him.

Fireworks: The site is more than happy to set up a beautiful firework display for special occasions.
