Set on a private farm in East Sussex, guests will instantly feel at home in these clean, comfortable yurts each with their own private hot tub. These yurts can accommodate families of up to five guests with the addition of a travel cot upon request. With provided towels, linens, duvets, pillows, dishes, cutlery and crockery — guests will have all the amenities they will need for a relaxing retreat. Each of these yurts come with a bathroom with a flushing toilet and shower with plenty of hot water including complimentary products and towels. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a washer and a dryer, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven with a hob with extractor, as well as a toaster and a kettle.

The first floor bedroom comes with three single Hypnos mattresses, which can be arranged as a king-size mattress and a single bed. There are two plush sofas in the living room with a television and a DVD player, as well as a dining area.

The picture windows are over six feet wide and give guests a fantastic view and the windows in the bathroom and bedroom can be opened. The clear dome is great for star gazing. Most yurts have solid doors and do not have windows, but these hosts believe natural light and a clear view are really important for their holiday experience.

Outside, is a dining set with six chairs and a fire pit and BBQ set and of course your own private hot tub on decking. Other amenities include electric heaters and a flame effect fire, freeview TV as well as a selection of DVDs, books and board games.

Within each yurt there is a bathroom with shower and flushing toilet, living area with TV and DVD and lovely deep sofas, super king-size bed in separate bedroom, upstairs galleried bedroom with the clear dome above. There is a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. There is heating throughout making it the perfect property whatever the weather.

Outside facilities here include a barbecue, a fire pit, parasol and icebucket in a table and chairs with cushioned seats. There is also a shared grassed area for everyone to play.
