A bit further south, Colemere Countryside Site is another picturesque spot with towering trees and a lake. Charming country shops with unique items, historic markets, great eateries, and some familiar stores are all found within Ellesmere for any necessities. The town of Shrewsbury is a half hour drive away, and features medieval, red-brick Shrewsbury Castle houses and homes a museum, the Shropshire Regimental Museum, profiling the military history of the area. Guests can also head to stunning town of Llangollen in Wales. This town is part of the Unesco World Heritage, perched on the River Dee and at the edge of the Berwyn mountains, just 15 minutes from the property.
