About this place
Located on the Isle of Wight, England, guests renting the property get four unique, hand-built oak cabins, all set around a large deck with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax outdoors. The cabins can accommodate up to six guests and are perfect for a group or family getaway.
Each cabin is a different room - two bedroom cabins and another double cabin that houses a living room, a full kitchen, and a dining area. The first cabin functions as a master bedroom. In it, guests will find a full-size double bed, with a double sleeping area underneath for children. This cabin also has an ensuite bathroom, with a toilet, shower, and sink. The second cabin has four bunk beds, and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, a shower, and a sink. The second cabin is perfect for kids and friends alike since it comfortably sleeps four, facilitating a great environment for late night chats.
In the large double cabin, guests will find a cozy wood burning stove, and double sofa area. A comfortable built-in wrap around dining bench, with a table, sits next to the kitchen and is perfect for warming up next to the fire with a cup of tea and reading the morning paper. In the charming wooden kitchen, guests will find a gas hob, a combi oven and it is well equipped with all that may be needed for cooking meals, including useful ingredients. WiFi is provided on the property.
Outside on the deck, guests will find a outdoor dining table and a fire pit, where night time rounds of card games and singing campfire tunes can be enjoyed. Guests also have access to a BBQ area, a games room, and private paddock.
Guests will have access to a purpose-built barbecue. There is a separate games room with table tennis, plus bats, balls for kids and deckchairs to sit out on the sundeck attached. Guests also have a private parking area, and it is recommended to bring a car for easier access to all of the exciting activities the island has to offer. There is also a large paddock with a private path leading down to it for guests hoping to enjoy maximum time outdoors. Large groups should inquire with the host about the additional set of cabins nearby to accommodate more guests.
Massage and beauty treatments can be given on-site. Babysitting services are also available.

The sunny Isle of Wight is a great location for any guest looking to spend quality time enjoying the outdoors—either for exciting activities, or peace and quiet, or family fun. Bringing a car is recommended, but a ten-minute walk to buses or hiring bikes upon arrival will take guests into town for anything they might need. There are plenty of good local shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants within a short drive.
Since the Isle of Wight sits on the south coast of England, guests will find it impossible to ever be far from many beaches in the area. The closest beach to the treehouse is Woodside Beach, great for a walk or paddle. There is such a variety of beaches on the Island—some for surfing, sailing, some for swimming—the hosts can recommend the best to guests.
Not just for families, Isle of Wight is a fantastic destination for all sorts of exciting activities: surfing, sailing, fishing, paddle boarding, paragliding, kite surfing, mountain biking, coasteering, kayaking; plus many fabulous historical places to visit. Wootton Bridge is a great central location, close to many interesting places. Visit Quarr Abbey, home to a small group of Benedictine monks, and Osborne House, Queen Victoria and Prince Albert's summer home, or Carisbrooke Castle—all make for excellent daytime activities before settling back in at the Treehouse or Hideaway for a cozy log fire or a summer barbecue.
