Guests can grab the whole gang and head to the Lake District for a stay in this family-friendly, secluded yurt rental near Windermere, England. The yurt accommodates six guests with one double futon and two twin futons. These can conveniently be converted into seating during the day. Soft bedding and linens are provided. There are on-site bathroom facilities.
Inside the yurt, the raised wooden floors are covered in woolen Moroccan style rugs to keep the warmth in. There is also a wood-burning stove, which features a large hot plate for cooking. Other kitchen amenities include an oven, gas hobs, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. Evenings in can be spent playing one of the board games provided, great for some family fun. Solar-powered lights keep things bright in the evenings and when its time for bed, guests can gaze through the skylight at the glistening stars.
There is plenty of parking for guests. They will also have access to the on-site store, which sells all the basics which may have been forgotten. There are shared toilet and shower facilities. Laundry services are also available. Just a short walk from the accommodations is a washing up area with hot water.
