This Shepherds Hut is set in the secluded grounds of Boundary Farm in Saxtead just outside the market town of Framlingham with beautiful views over the meadows and fields offering a true countryside escape but with the comforts of modern day living. There is a brand new additional games room with table football, board games and plenty of seating offering a fantastic space to keep you entertained during your stay.

Upon opening the stable style door there is a bespoke, well equipped kitchen with a twin electric hob, combination oven, mini fridge and butler style sink. Next to the kitchen is a pullout sofa / double bed with storage underneath made up with high quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels. There is a small oak dining table, a fantastic wood burning stove and a choice of board games and cards perfect for enjoying a cosy evening in. Beyond the living area there is a shower room with an electric shower, wash basin and WC. Outside there is a table and chairs, BBQ and a shared fire pit with the other Shepherds Hut (Sage).

There is a brand new additional games room with table football, board games and plenty of seating offering a fantastic space to keep you entertained during your stay.

Saxtead is a quaint village, two miles North West of the historic market town of Framlingham, famous for it's magnificent late 12th-century castle, fantastic shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. As well as making up the hamlets of Saxtead Green and Saxtead Little Green, the village's major features are the landmark windmill, the Old Mill House pub and the Church of 'All Saints'. Both the pub and the windmill are only a short walk from Boundary Farm and are great attractions to stop off at when exploring the surrounding area.
