This spacious mountain cabin is located in Oakland, Maryland, and provides easy access to the popular Deep Creek Lake and WISP Resort. The cabin has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate 10 glampers. Inside, glampers will find a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a double bed, three twin beds, and one bunk bed. In both bathrooms, there is a sink, a toilet, and a shower. Linen and towels are provided.
After an exciting day out and about, glampers can return to the comfort of the cabin where they can kick off their shoes, enjoy a glass of wine, and watch a DVD. The wood-burning stove provides ample warmth during the cooler months and those who enjoy some friendly competition can bring along board games. In the fully-equipped kitchen, there is a stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. The dining table seats six and there is additional seating outside. Other amenities include a dishwasher.
Outdoors, the cabin offers a stunning natural setting and plenty of space to roam around. In the morning, glampers can sip their cup of coffee before heading out on a hike. There is a charcoal grill and picnic table for alfresco cooking and dining, as well as a fire pit for those evening gatherings beneath the stars.
This cabin offers modern conveniences that will make any discerning glamper feel right at home during their stay. With amenities such as a wood-burning fireplace, heating, dishwasher, bed linen, and towels, glampers will enjoy the creature comforts of home.
For entertainment, there is a television with a DVD player, while outside, there is a deck with a charcoal grill, a picnic table, and a fire pit.

This cabin boasts an excellent location in Oakland, Maryland, and provides direct access to a wealth of outdoor pursuits for glampers to enjoy all year round. Deep Creek Lake and Swallow Falls State Park offer plenty to do and see. The State Park features various loop trails that are easy to navigate and lead to a number of thundering waterfalls in the Park. Herrington Manor State Park is a beautiful 365-acre park with a lovely swimming area and trails. Glampers can kayak and canoe on Herrington Lake or enjoy some action on the tennis or basketball court.
Deep Creek Lake is an incredible mecca for year-round events and activities and boasts something for everyone to enjoy. Watersports lovers can choose from a variety of options including boating, rafting, and kayaking. There are numerous hiking and biking trails around the lake, all of which offer superb insight into nature. Additionally, winter brings with it some amazing skiing opportunities at Wisp Ski Resort, as well as tubing and sledding down some of the runs.
Avid anglers will love Deep Creek and can enjoy a successful day of fishing for smallmouth and largemouth bass, as well as walleye, crappie, and pickerel. For a slower pace, glampers can head to downtown Oakland and visit the friendly shopping district or step back in time at the 19th-century Oakland Railway Station and Historical Society Museum.
