Nestled up in the tree canopies in Upstate New York near Lake George and Saratoga Springs, this magical and secluded tree house is the perfect place for guests to truly appreciate the beauty and splendor of nature. There is a loft with a comfortable double mattress and crisp cotton sheets, with warm flannel in the cooler months. There is also a full-size futon on the main floor, for another sleeping option. The tree house can comfortably accommodate up to two guests at a time. The open structure of the tree house will have guests feeling as if they were truly camping in the trees.

There is a small indoor camp kitchen area in the tree house equipped with a two burner propane cooker, basic kitchen supplies, pots/pans, utensils, dishes, etc. , a french press coffee maker, also a stove top percolator, variety of spices, fair trade, organic coffee and teas, honey. There is an indoor stove inside the tree house for cooler months. There is a private outdoor compost outhouse on the ground level, with t/p, and there is a seasonal, shared, outdoor shower near the main parking area. For the perfect stay in a charming, but rustic, treehouse, and surrounded by hiking areas, lakes, rivers, places to kayak, and explore. Flea markets, farmers markets, a nearby farm brewery, 5 minutes away! Lake George and Vermont, less than an hour away. Saratoga Springs, 40 minutes.

The host offers an area guidebook in the treehouse as well.

Although off the grid, the host can offer to charge guests' electronics on the property. There is some cell service as well. Guests can also access wifi near the yurt on the property, if needed.
