Stay in this cozy cabin rental in Piseco Lake, New York! Vacations in Piseco Lake, NY awaits

Located on the shores of Lake Piseco in Upstate New York, this gorgeous cabin rental boasts ultimate privacy and is perfect for a glamping getaway for up to four guests. There are no neighbors, guests will be sharing this slice of heaven with wildlife and the occasional canoe gliding by. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other a double bed. Pets are not allowed here, sorry.

This cabin near Piseco Lake, NY features beautiful cathedral ceilings and has an open main room with a full kitchen, a dining, and living area. There is a gas fireplace to maintain a cozy atmosphere during colder nights. The over-size windows capture the beauty of the natural surroundings, so the views are stunning, even at night. The separate TV room is for reading or watching Netflix movies, and the desk overlooking the lake is perfect for those guests who wish to work for a while.

The cabin sits right over the lake with a private waterfront, dock, and boathouse. Guests can turn off the lights, turn on the fire, and enjoy the reflection of the moon on the lake. The sight of the fog lifting in the morning is worth the early rise. Four kayaks and a canoe are available in the waterfront boathouse for easy access to Lake Piseco and the outlet. An outdoor fire pit, a charcoal barbecue grill, an open air outdoor shower and outdoor speakers are available for enjoying those warm summer nights. This Piseco Lake, New York cabin is one of the best lakefront rentals in the area.

Summer is one week stay minimum, Monday to Monday. The rest of the year hosts are offering 3 night minimum with longer stays required on some holidays.

Other amenities include high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, a 40-inch flat-screen television for DVDs and Netflix (no cable), a landline phone (no cell service here), a desk with a spectacular view for working, and a fabulous Sonos Stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers. Linens and towels and many household amenities provided.

The hosts supply four sets of adult snowshoes and one child pair in the winter. An all-wheel-drive vehicle is necessary to navigate the snowy dirt driveway in winter. It is plowed regularly but can be tricky in icy weather.

This is a great home for self-reliant, independent travelers looking for a very comfortable, private, and pristine accommodation in a unique and special spot. Piseco and the surrounding area are beautiful but have limited entertainment venues other than nature hikes, mountains, wildlife, lakes, and rivers.

Disclosure: there is a security camera facing the driveway, used to monitor arrivals, deliveries and snowfall
