Brantingham

Brantingham is a small place which rests on the shores of the lake of the same name. It is somewhere nestled within the Adirondack Mountains, which makes it the perfect place to come on a camping trip in the heart of nature. In fact, there is so much choice of where to go exploring that it may be worth having more than just one trip here. The nearby Pigeon Lake Wilderness provides some of the best wildlife spotting opportunities, and Raquette Lake boasts an abundance of activities, such as wild swimming and boating. Five Ponds Wilderness is a striking area of rocky wetlands that will add something extra to your usual hike, and the nearby High Peaks Wilderness has some of the bets mountain views over the whole range.
