The hosts also lead a silent hike. Guests can look forward to a phone-free day with limited chatter and just lose themselves in the stunning nature surrounding them. During heavy rain, small amounts of water can enter through the hole in the tipi that allows smoke to escape. Fires cannot be lit during wet weather as all smoke flaps must be closed.
The woodland setting of the rental means the tipi can have the occasional insect, however, small fires tend to keep most of them away.
