There is a private outhouse with stained glass windows for guest's convenience. The electricity is run through solar panels. It is not always plentiful. There is an oil lamp for guest use. There is no running water on site.
Outside of this hut, glampers can explore the encompassing woodlands, and hopefully even see some unique wildlife on their journey.

Greene County is a mecca for those looking to hike, explore and simply enjoy the natural wonders of Upstate New York. Glampers who stay here can enjoy trips to Kaaterskill and Bastion Falls, hiking within the recreation area of Kaaterskill Wild Forest, and take on a trip up Kaaterskill High Peak. Those traveling with kids can head to the Catskill Animal Sanctuary or explore the Falling Waters Preserve. In the summer months, head to Saugerties Village Beach, a small creek and family-friendly beach which offers up a playground and makes the perfect destination for kayaking and paddle boarding. Other outside ventures include horseback riding, boat tours on the Hudson River and even miniature golf. Lastly, for adults looking to relax on their holiday, there are a few spas and wellness centers located in Saugerties.
