The barn comfortably sleeps 11 guests in real beds. If glampers require more room, there is an Airstream camper included, which sleeps an additional three guests. In the barn, the upstairs master suite has a king-size bed, the upstairs loft has a queen-size bed, a twin-size bed, and a twin-size daybed. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, the sunroom has a king-size bed in a private area, and the living room has a pullout single sofa. The barn has a gourmet kitchen and two full bathrooms, a massive great room, and two gas fireplaces (one outdoor, and one indoor). There is an outdoor fire pit with room around for 15 people, as well as an outdoor floating bed.

Within the rental, there is a television with premium cable channels, as well as a blue ray DVD player, with a large selection of DVD's. Wireless speakers mean glampers can enjoy music anywhere on the property. For those who prefer an older style, there is a record player and amazing vintage vinyl albums. Board games and cards, as well as a fully stocked library, ensure glampers are well prepared for rainy, lazy indoor days.

In the airstream rental, four guests can sleep comfortably with a featured full-size bed in the bedroom and two single-size beds in the front lounge. Heating is provided in the airstream, however, there is no plumbing.

The property also features an additional cabin, which can accommodate three guests in total and boasts two single-size beds along with a pull-out futon for one. This cabin does not have electricity. For those staying in either the cabin or the airstream, portable toilets can be arranged for a fee.

Although there is no plumbing in the airstream, portable toilets can be provided for an extra fee. There is a large outdoor fire pit, so all of the guests have a space to relax around the campfire, or roast a marshmallow. Off street parking for up to 10 vehicles is also provided.
