The studio layout features a queen-size bed on one end and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Guests can make use of a fully-equipped kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with all the comforts of home.

Guests can enjoy the covered patio, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing, equipped with a grill, and firepit. The cottage offers panoramic views of the 584-acre farm from the patio, where guests can relax and unwind after a day of outdoor activities either on the farm, in the stunning town of Gordonsville, or at local historic attractions, such as Monticello and Montpelier.
