This cabin is located in Rock, West Virginia, where it is situated in a secluded, rural setting surrounded by woodlands and the pristine waters of Godfrey Branch and WIdemouth Creek. It is set just half a mile away from Trail 13 of the Pocahontas Trail System of the Hatfield-McCoy Trails network. The latter encompasses hundreds of miles of interconnected off-road trails on which guests can enjoy ATV, UTV, and dirt bike riding on rugged terrain, with a range of difficulty levels available.

To the south, guests will find Pinnacle Rock State Park and a portion of George Washington and Jefferson National Forests, which are about 30 minutes and 45 minutes away, respectively. The former is centered around Jimmy Lewis Lake and the 3,100-foot-tall sandstone formation for which the park is named, while the latter boasts a section of the Appalachian Trail and the starting point of the 128-mile Appalachia Bike Route and Scenic Drive, which starts in Burke's Garden. Other attractions in the area include the WinterPlace Ski Resort, which is about 45 minutes to the north.

For more enjoyment of the great outdoors, guests can visit Pinnacle Rock State Park, where they will find six miles of hiking trails, two cache sites for geocaching, and the pristine waters of Jimmy Lewis Lake, where they can go fishing.

For more hiking, as well as biking, horseback riding, and scenic driving, guests can head to George Washington and Jefferson National Forests, where they will find a section of the Appalachian Trail and the 128-mile Appalachia Bike Route and Scenic Drive. In the winter, guests can go skiing, snowboarding, and tubing at WinterPlace Ski Resort.
