Each tent comes with chairs and a lantern, meaning guests have a quiet space to relax in the evenings, either with a book, a game of cards, or simply each other's company. There is a wash basin for washing and teeth brushing too, so guests don't have to walk to the shared bathroom facilities just before they go to bed.
Outside, there is a private deck area with a couple of chairs, the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the sunshine. For those who like to golf, this property is the perfect place to stay. Nearby is a nine-hole, par-three course, located near Canyon Ferry Lake and just minutes away from Helena. This country style course winds its way through mature, central Montana landscapes and beautiful scenery with rolling hills, overlooking Canyon Ferry below, and sweeping panoramas of the Big Belt and Elkhorn mountain ranges. Golfers of all skill levels will enjoy a day out at Norwegian Wood. The course is easy to walk, and golf carts are also available for rent. This course is perfect for youngsters to learn the game, and the hosts do offer both adult and children, private and group lessons. Canyon Ferry Lake is minutes away and offers all sorts of water activities, including boating, fishing, and more. Helena is also known as a mecca for avid mountain bikers, with tons of single-track trails.
