The main residence contains four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the half bathroom. The first bedroom is a master suite featuring a queen-size bed, French doors that open to a courtyard, and an ensuite bathroom with double walk-in shower, a Japanese soaker tub, double sinks, and a washer and dryer.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and provides views of the lake. In the living room, guests will find a leather sofa, a leather loveseat, and a pair of sofa chairs set beneath a vaulted ceiling and a majestic 20-foot stone fireplace. Guests will find another leather sofa in the library, along with a collection of more than a thousand books.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with double ovens, a five-burner stove, a side-by-side refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a blender, a coffee grinder, a coffeemaker, and a slab granite island set beneath a 20-foot ceiling with exposed trusses. In the dining room, guests will find a table that can seat 12 guests with extensions.

The loft contains one bedroom and one full bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower. From the loft, guests will enjoy expansive views of the lake.
