This modern and spacious two-story shipping container is located near Zion National Park in the small rural town of Glendale in Southwestern Utah and can accommodate 12 guests. This property is the largest freestanding shipping container house in Utah and was built to be sustainable and eco-friendly. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The master bedroom can be found on the main floor and features a queen-size bed, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV mounted on the wall with Bluetooth speakers connected. The adjoining luxury bathroom has a freestanding tub with a rain shower. The three remaining bedrooms offer a double bed with a closet and a dresser. One can be found on the main floor and two are located upstairs. All the rooms are fully furnished and beautifully decorated. There are three full bathrooms with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. All linens and towels are provided.
The spacious upstairs great room receives tons of natural light and is vibrantly decorated with warm and modern decor, creating a welcoming ambiance for guests. There are two large sofas, which fold out into comfortable queen and full-size sleeping beds to accommodate additional guests. The great room is stocked full of entertainment and fun, with a 65” Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers installed in the ceiling which can be connected to anyone’s device, a pool table, a foosball table, an air hockey table, and a closet full of board games. This room is the perfect place for family, friends, and loved ones to gather for entertaining evenings full of movies, music, games, and laughs after a long day of national park exploration.
The main floor kitchen is a chef’s dream and features all brand new black stainless steel appliances and high-end kitchenware. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric oven and a French door refrigerator, which produces ice and filtered water. There is a built-in microwave with a range hood, a dishwasher, a large farm sink with a garbage disposal, a toaster, a coffeemaker, a waffle maker, a griddle, a slow cooker crockpot, a blender, coffee and other condiments, and all of the cooking essentials and professional utensils necessary for preparing delicious gourmet feasts.
The beautiful dining room area is connected to the kitchen, featuring a fabulous dining table for four. There are plenty of comfortable seating areas surrounding the kitchen for additional seating, including a patio and folding chairs.
Outside, guests will find a charming patio table at the main entrance, a BBQ for grilling delicious meals under the stars, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and a fantastic furnished terrace deck upstairs with a lounge area and dining table.
Guests will be superbly appointed to access a wide variety of world-class attractions and all of Southern Utah’s most prominent National and State Parks while enjoying the comfort and amenities of a secluded glamping oasis. Upstairs, a sleek and spacious terrace deck awaits, with views of the surrounding Elkheart cliffs. The deck comes fully outfitted with a comfortable sofa lounge area and a dining table and can be accessed through the sliding doors of the great room.
