Sleeping up to five guests, this is the perfect beach rental for a family-friendly vacation in Cape Cod. In the main space, there is a kitchen with a four burner stove, a refrigerator, and a table for three. There is also a comfortable couch, stereo TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi, and lots of windows that look out on to the surrounding foliage which includes black pine, olive trees and wild beach plantings. The property offers a queen-size bed, a full-size bed, and single bed. There is an inside shower room and bath room.

There is also an outdoor terrace that features deck chairs, a picnic table, a charcoal grill, and a very private outdoor shower. Glampers will be able to hear the surf at night, and a private path puts them at the top of the dune in less than a minute. The cottage is fully insulated, the interior has been completely finished in 18th century barnboard painted white and is fully heated. It is comfortable year round.

Housekeeping services are provided at these glamping cottages. Cleaning supplies are also provided.

To help guests stay connected during their stay, a telephone is provided with complimentary local and long-distance calls and each vacation home rental is also equipped with Wi-Fi.

The cottages also have great outdoor seating areas where guests can relax with a cold drink and watch the sun make its majestic way down over the distant horizon.

Rates vary according to season. This glamping site requires a three-night minimum stay; however, during peak seasons, there are slight changes, i.e., there is a one-week minimum stay from April through October, and a four-day minimum stay in November. There is also a three-day minimum stay December through March.

For the seven-night stays from April to October, bookings are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in is anytime after 4 p.m. The key will be in the door upon arrival.

Check-out is 10 a.m. with no exceptions.

The renter remains liable for any damage to or theft of real or personal property of the rental cottage caused during the stay. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear are the responsibility of the renter and if such a cost is incurred, it will be invoiced to the renter after the repair is made.

In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if, and only if, the rental property is re-rented. If the rental property is not re-rented, the cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid.

This property is strictly non-smoking.

Pets are welcome at the property if pet owners adhere to some rules that will ensure all guests have the best possible experience. Pets must be free from fleas and ticks and guests should keep hair and dirt from grinding into the floor and rugs. If animals shed and are longhaired it is the responsibility of guests to keep hair damage under control. Guests should keep animals off furniture and beds. The hosts supply dog beds and furniture covers that are washed after each visit. Guests must pick up all dog feces on the property. If the animal has a habit of scratching floors, doors, or screens, guests should not bring them as this is an expensive and time-consuming problem to fix. Guests are responsible for any damage. It is not acceptable to leave a pet alone in a cottage for extended periods of time.
