This sensational, beachfront villa rental lies in the stunning Cape Cod region of Massachusetts. The villa can accommodate up to 17 guests and consists of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. The impressive master suite offers a king-size bed and huge windows on three sides providing breathtaking, panoramic views of the Cape Cod Bay. The master suite comes with an ensuite bathroom that features a separate toilet room, a bathtub, and a 5-foot square window which affords terrific sea views.

The remaining bedrooms are spread out over the three floors and include one bedroom with a king-size bed and two bedrooms with a queen-size bed, of which one also offers a sleeper sofa. Moreover, there are an additional three bedrooms that each have two twin beds. All bedrooms boast spectacular views and six of the seven bedrooms have sliding doors to access the outdoor decks.

On the first floor, guests will find two bathrooms, one of which can also be accessed from the front porch, which makes a convenient place to wash off when returning from the beach. Additionally, there is a ground-level bathroom with a shower and another full bathroom with a bathtub-shower.

This enormous villa offers an open-plan family room consisting of a large, 10-person dining table and two lounge areas. Each lounge area provides comfy sofas and armchairs and one even features a fireplace for extra coziness.The villa comes complete with a sleek and stylish kitchen, which has been recently renovated. It comes equipped with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. There is also an icemaker, a coffee grinder, a blender, a lobster pot, cooking utensils, and pantry items.

If the weather is good, guests can rustle up a barbecue on the main deck and dine al fresco around the 10-seater patio table. There are also sun loungers for guests to relax and soak up the rays.

To ensure there is never a dull moment, guests can enjoy a range of books, a television with a DVD player, a radio, and a stereo.

The property provides plenty of parking space for guests' vehicles. Outside, the property features a spacious deck with patio furniture and a gas grill.

The property itself comes equipped with a telephone and Wi-Fi so guests can keep in touch with the outside world. It also has heating and a fireplace to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the winter. In addition to this, a washing machine and a dryer are provided to take care of the laundry.
