The centerpiece of the property is the great hall, which does not fail to impress The windows are placed to provide stunning views of the ocean while the custom built wrought iron chandeliers add a touch of opulence to the room. The high ceilings are supported by rustic Douglas Fir log beams & king trusses that pay homage to the quality and skill that has gone into creating this magnificent property. During the evening, guests can sit back on the comfy couches and snuggle around the stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace.

The fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with granite worktops, high-quality Knotty Alder cabinets, and a crafted granite island. The kitchen features premium appliances such as a Therm-adore stove and grill and a triple set of commercial refrigerators that are found in top gourmet eateries. A mounted TV is also installed and, due to the open-plan nature of the space, it is great for dinner parties and entertaining.

The villa features four premium bedrooms including two grand master suites and five bathrooms. Guests of all ages will be kept entertained in the theater room. With leather cinema chairs, a vintage popcorn machine, and antique movie posters, it is just like being at the movies. Wi-Fi is also installed, as well as heating should the temperature drop.
