This property is ideally located along the North Umpqua River, situated within the vast Umpqua National Forest in Oregon. Approximately 100 miles from the city of Eugene and 200 miles to the south of Portland, guests can enjoy a break from the city and a digital detox in this off-the-grid location. In the hot summer months, there is a swimming hole with a waterfall a short walk away, as well as access to the river across the road.

There are forested trails leading into the nearly one million acres of terrain in Umpqua National Forest on the slopes of the Cascade Mountains.
