The space This off-grid retreat is designed for rest, reconnection, and time in nature. With no Wi-Fi, no TV, and no distractions, it's a peaceful escape on our private 40+ acre property. Inside, the main living area includes two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), a full kitchen, dining table, and ranch-style furnishings. A separate bedroom offers a queen bed and another bunk bed (sleeps 4). Two full bathrooms provide comfort and privacy for families or small groups.

ADDITIONAL RULES
1. Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early or late check-ins require approval ($100/hour fee).
2. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM - No outdoor music or loud gatherings.
3. Occupancy Limit: No unregistered guests on the property at any time. Extra guests: $100/person/night
4. Parking: Park only in designated gravel areas. No parking on grass, roads, or near other buildings. Violations: $150 fine
5. Property Access: Access to Bungalow and surrounding outdoor spaces only. Do not enter other buildings or cabins.
6. Smoking & Pets: No smoking indoors. No pets allowed.
7. Septic System: Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or feminine products. Violations: $700 fee
8. Trash & Cleanup: Bag and dispose of all trash in outdoor bins. Wash and store all dishes. Turn off lights, close windows, and lock doors.
