ACCESS
You will have full access to the entire Cabin, including the living areas, bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces. You will definitely feel at home and enjoy all that Clear and a Million has to offer.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Nestled just a stone's throw away from Hochatown and the breathtaking Broken Bow Lake, our cabin offers the perfect blend of serenity and adventure. Indulge in outdoor pursuits like fishing and hiking, or explore local gems like Beavers Bend State Park and the charming Hochatown area, renowned for its quaint shops and eateries. TRANSIT
The Broken Bow/Hochatown area does require the use of a vehicle. Many of the roads in the area can be a bit bumpy so it is suggested to take it slow.

NOTES
Minimum age for booking is 25 years old.

Our guest needs to bring their own adapter/charging cable to use the EV charging station although we do have an emergency back up adapter that fits most other EVs, just in case.

Gas fireplaces are not available from May 1st-October 1st. Outdoor fire pit is available for year round use unless the area is under a burn ban.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Swimming in the pond is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty, and we do not accept responsibility for injuries or death caused from pond usage.
