Another sleeping space can be found in the loft area, which includes a comfy mattress for two and a cozy seating area, which is a great spot for playing games and reading books. Additionally, there is a sofa bed available to accommodate extra guests.

Fraternities and sororities are prohibited. Smoking is also prohibited inside the property. A minimum extra cleaning charge of $150 may apply if there are damages to the property from smoking.
Guests are charged a non-refundable damage waiver fee that covers up to $500 of unintentional damage.
If there are missing or damaged items guests will be charged the current retail price plus a minimum $100 service fee.
Rates are subject to change and do not include tax. Additional fees may apply, including cleaning fees and hot tub fees.
If any foreign products are found in the hot tub, guests will be charged a cleaning fee of $150. Damages to the cover of the hot tub will result in a charge of $450.
Guests may be charged up to $300 if there is evidence of any weapons, drugs, or fireworks on the property.
A group leader must be present with a group at all times. The host may require and arrange a security service to patrol the property and therefore guests will be notified and charged $150 per night.
