This rustic, pet-friendly camping shelter is located in Walland, Tennessee, and can accommodate two guests. It is a 20-minute hike from the parking lot of the glamping property and is the ideal spot for those looking to disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with the great outdoors. Inside the shelter, guests will find a totally wooden interior, bringing the outdoors inside, and there is a double bed with a plank base and a wooden table. Outside, glampers can unwind by the fire ring or enjoy a cookout on the grill ( plenty of dead wood to gather and burn) , and meals can be shared at the picnic table.
This is a backcountry site so there is no running water/electric or bathrooms. You can use outhouse at parking area or go in the woods. Must bring sleeping bag/mat and all camping equipment.
This spacious ranch has over 100-acres of trails for guests to hike or horseback ride through, a pond to swim and fish in, and plenty of wood to enjoy campfires at night. Many areas have sweeping views of Chilhowee Mountain ( as shown in photos from the main lodge which you can hike to and enjoy porch view anytime) , valleys and the surrounding forest.

The small mountain towns nearby have great antiquing, shopping, and live country bluegrass music. Dolly Parton's famous Appalachian-themed amusement and water parks, Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country, are just 25 miles away from the ranch.
