This spacious waterfront villa is located in Cape Canaveral, Florida, and can accommodate 12 guests.

This family-friendly rental has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a baby crib, the second bedroom has a full-size bed, four twin beds, and a child bed, and the third bedroom has a king-size bed, a child bed, and a baby crib. Guests can also find a queen-size bed and a sofa in the recreation room, as well as a king-size bed, a child bed, a baby crib, and a sofa in the main room. Multiple sets of sheets and comforters are provided, and there are additional rollaway beds for extra sleeping.

In each of the three bathrooms, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a combination shower and bathtub. Home and beach towels are provided. Toiletries are not provided but can be bought from any of the stores nearby.

In the living room, guests will find a large sofa, armchairs, a television, and a dining area. The living room opens up to a balcony with incredible beach and ocean views. Guests will also find a game room with a large sofa, a pool table, a foosball table, a video game console with video games, and kids’ toys galore. The living room comes with a large sofa facing a television and the beach and opens up to a deck with beach access.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with dishes and cooking utensils, a blender, a coffeemaker, a refrigerator, a grill, an ice maker, an oven, a microwave, and a toaster. Other amenities include a computer, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, CD and DVD players, a radio, cable TV, and books.

Outside, there is a balcony, a patio with an outdoor grill and a hot tub, and beach access. Guests will find all the beach essentials, from beach chairs, binoculars, bicycles, and an inflatable boat, to a sandbox, coolers, and patio furniture all on-site.

This waterfront villa will soon become any guest’s home away from home, due to it's spacious indoors and many facilities. The accommodation comes with a television, cable with 95 channels, a DVD player, a VCD in each of the rooms, as well as Wi-Fi and games galore, suitable for all ages.
