This beachfront cottage on Captiva Island in Florida is newly remodeled and newly furnished. It can accommodate up to six people with its two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a view overlooking the beach. This bathroom has a handmade built shower. The downstairs master bedroom suite has a king-size bed. It also has its own private bathroom with a custom-built shower. These rooms give guests access to the private living areas and screen porches of the cottage. There is also a rooftop lounge deck that can be accessed. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire cottage.
One of the best features of the beachfront cottage is its proximity to the beach. It has two acres, including a private beach. There is a dedicated path that runs from the cottage to the beach. The cottage also has views of the beach in almost every room.
This cottage has plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. There’s an outdoor grill with lounge seating and a picnic table for dining. It also has several decks. The rooftop deck is a good location for viewing the beach or stars. Other dining decks and screened porches are placed around the entire cottage.

This cottage is the perfect getaway. It is a beachfront property with a private beach on Captiva Beach. The beach can easily be enjoyed from this cottage. The Gulf is a good place for activities such as paddle boating, swimming, fishing, sailing, etc. If the private beach is not enough space, then the rest of the beach can be explored with stretches for miles. This cottage is surrounded by Sea Pines. Between the trees and beach, there is a lot of wildlife that can be observed. The nearby Captiva Beach Village has a variety of restaurants and shopping. The cottage is a great place for relaxing, viewing the beach, or enjoying the home entertainment.
