With stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and a hot tub, this cottage is the perfect Sanibel vacation rental. Located on Captiva Island, Florida, which is connected to Sanibel Island, this Florida rental can accommodate a total of eight guests in two suites with separate entrances. Each suite can accommodate two adults and two children under the age of 12.

The upstairs suite has a queen-size bed, a sleeper sofa, and a bunk bed. It is elevated by a single flight of stairs with the most beautiful unobstructed view of the Gulf, beach, and gardens. It offers a small breakfast kitchenette, 20 ft. window view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico with a BBQ on the outside balcony deck.

The downstairs suite has a queen-size bed and a sleeper sofa. It features a full kitchen, full-size laundry, and a spacious outside deck with outside gas BBQ. This suite is wheelchair accessible. Both suites have bathrooms and showers, and there are also two outdoor showers to wash off after a day on the beach. Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided.

In each suite, guests will find a television with satellite, Netflix, video games, and a DVD player, a CD player, extensive music and video library, and a small library. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, two coffeemakers, a microwave, a blender, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a clothes dryer, heating, a hairdryer, an iron and board, parking, and a washing machine.

Outside, there is a beautiful beach garden with a large spa and a hot tub.

Guests have everything they need here to truly relax and unwind. This Sanibel Island rental has air conditioning and heating to keep guests comfortable all year long, as well as Wi-Fi so that guests may stay connected. There is a kitchen in each of the two suites for meals and a flat-screen TV with Netflix available for entertainment.
