This is a minimalist campsite, located only 6 feet from the water. The views are spectacular. The bed is a Tatamei Floor Bed. Towels, pillows and linen are provided. There is no AC option for this Waterfront Tee Pee Tent.

This property has an energy that you can feel as you enter. We're definitely not for everyone. We are best suited for open minded adults who enjoy the present moment. We are a little Hippy Village with a lot of shared space. All guest accommodations are private space. Our goal is for you to feel amazingly better when you leave our place. Tents, Teepees and Yurts share a common outdoor Shower, Toilet and Kitchen, Hot Tub, Kayaks, Tiki Bar and Sundeck. The beautiful fresh air and the amazing sunsets can really help you to relax, rejuvenate and refresh your mind, body and soul. At our resort, you can treat yourself to an All Inclusive Micro Retreat which includes Our Exclusive Open Air Holistic Workshops including Reiki. Sound Bath, Assisted and Couples Yoga. We also offer Cooked to Order Breakfast with Vegan, Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian options available. Our Private Chef Dinner For Two Experience can be added for stays longer than one night and 24 hour advance reservations are required. Our Clothing Optional, 420 friendly property is a "No Judgement" Zone where we encourage you to come as you are, and be who you are. This can be your private retreat to beautiful Florida waterfront sunsets, fresh cool water and nautical destinations up and down the St Johns River, from Sanford, FL to the Atlantic Ocean.

Although we intend this space for couples, there are plenty solo journeyers that retreat here regularly to meditate and renew their mind. There are 2 tatami woven floor cushions., for meditation and conversation. If you have more than 2 people, we also offer a studio, 2 & 3 bedroom vacation cabins for larger groups. ***** IMPORTANT ***** We welcome our Clothing Optional guests and we are 420 Friendly There are 2 cabins & 2 yurts on the property Max Occupancy 10 guests There is one other cabin and 3 tents on the property. Your interior space is not shared, but there may be other guests on the property. We attract and resonate with like minded, 420 Friendly and clothing optional COUPLES AND SOLO JOURNEYERS. Even when we are at capacity, there are only 10 guests on property.

You can arrive at the property via car or boat! We are right on Lake George, which is part of The Central St Johns River. Guests may enjoy the use of on site kayaks and non motorized boats, as well as all of the common areas of the deck, dock and pier. You may also rent a motor boat for the day, or for your entire stay. We want you to feel right at home, so unless you need us, we may only meet you upon check in, but we are available if you need help with anything. We do offer individual and couples massage on site, so we may cross paths, but we are never intrusive. The massages are generally done inside the vacation homes or outside on the sundeck. We will never enter your vacation home during your reservation, unless we are there foe a massage, or if you need help with something inside. Christina and I love just watching the sunsets from the deck, or even a springtime rainstorm from the outside deck bar, while enjoying listening to our favorite music. There is an RV Campground next door to us as well as a campground bar/convenience store. There is an empty lot on the other side and across the street, and the lake is the backyard. Our property is fenced and very private. There are only about 27 homes in the neighborhood and we are surrounded by The Lake George Forrest and Lake. Naturally Beautiful! Please Note: This property offers common areas that are clothing optional and 420 friendly. Minimalizing the "Things", that you are used to having and doing, and nurturing yourself, for a couple of days, will pay compound dividends for your health, love life, finances, creativity and/or relationships; and, can be incredibley healing and stress relieving. These Minimalist teepees are perfect for solo journeyers and couples that are grounding, detoxing, meditating, fasting, disconnecting and/or reconnecting. These teepees provide great space with good energy and all representative elements are presenbt. There is no electricity inside the teepee. There is electricity in the common areas to charge devices. The space is serene and sits right over the water with unpobstructed water views and sounds of nature. The Double Tatamei Grounding Bed comes freshly made with bed linen, comforter snd pillows. Towe;ls are also included. The shared common spaces include aKitchenette, Bathroom with shower, Toilet with sink, and other outdoor areas. You should find most everything you need to cook and eat with in the well Equipped kitchen. In the common spaces, there are a few Seating areas, a DVD player, Radio, Fridge, Tea-maker, Coffee machine, Microwave oven, Hairdryer on request, Game console, Flat Screen, Refrigerator, Kettle, Grill, Gas grill, and Electric cooker. As your host, I am available 24 hours. For emercencies, always call 911.
